Ordered 1/2 rack of ribs and a side of potato salad. Ribs were perfectly smoked that I really didn't need any of sauce. The potato salad was creamy and very well seasoned. Will definitely return to try other items on their menu. Service was friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoyed this BBQ spot and its unique California twist. One of my favorite items was their taco-quesadilla fusion. It had good spice with its jalapeños and bold flavor, which really stood out for California BBQ. As someone who has spent time in the South and has had some truly excellent Southern food, I was impressed by how well they blended Southern BBQ influences with a California-style approach. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the experience even better, and I’m always happy to support a locally owned business. As an animal lover, I also loved learning that Biscuit is their rescue cat—any place that shows love and respect for animals definitely earns extra points in my book. I’d happily return and recommend this spot to others.

Overall a great authentic place with tasty meat dishes. Unfortunately when we came in closer to the end of the day they had run out of a bunch of things but we were still happy with the food. Nashville chicken Sando was amazing - the grilled cheese on the bun was awesome, and the chicken was great too even though a bit spicy for me. The tri tip Sando was much more balanced and delicate and was great too. The place was nicely decorated and the staff were welcoming. I think it’s a must if you are in Napa, I want to be back!

I thought Napa restaurants were mostly snooty and aloof. Biscuit's BBQ is the opposite. First, no reservations. I love first come, first served. We ordered Napa Valley Restaurant Month Special. Good value for the price! It had Baby Back Rib, which was fall off the bone tenderness, one of the best smoke I have ever had in ANY bbq restaurant. Tangy Pulled Pork was perfectly tender, perfectly smoked, and the sauce was absolutely delicious! The Smoked Tri Tip was very tender, expertly smoked, and it loved the sauces that were available. The Mac N Cheese was very good. The biscuit was crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and buttery flavor galore. We got two sides of cole slaw. Very very good. The Banana Puddin had a banana slice on top, which was caramalized, the pudding was creamy with a nice banana flavor and crushed nilla wafer mixed in. The servers are helpful too. He explained the sauces and even offered a sample of the Hatch Green Chile. (Be sure to try it!!!). I love Biscuit's BBQ! My new stop for food in Napa!

Boy was I happy when fortune provided the opportunity to go back to Bisquit’s BBQ in Napa! I and my team along with a visitor from Japan had our first experience at Bisquit’s a few months back and loved the place and especially the delicious BBQ. I knew then that I would be anxious to dine there again. On my first visit I enjoyed the Loaded Mac N’ Cheese. If you’re a Pulled Pork kind of person like me and love Mac & Cheese…well this one will be your nirvana! Most of my team on our first visit had the Beef N’ Cheddar Sando and eagerly chomped it down. This evening I had the Brisket Chili and Cole Slaw. The Brisket Chili was savory and delicious with plenty of Brisket. I always get Cole Slaw when I can and really enjoy their tangy version. All I can say is I’m going back and real soon. You should go too! Yum!

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick without feeling rushed. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The barbecue sandwich really stood out: high-quality ingredients, perfectly cooked meat, and rich, well-balanced flavors. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the overall experience. Definitely a place worth coming back to

The establishment is small but the staff is very nice. Opted to sit outside and enjoy the weather The beat salad was so good! The loaded Mac and cheese was okay, the cheese wasn’t to my liking but the crispy onions and meat was really good. The rest of the food was delightful and the staff checked on us to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend this place
